About Monica Bennett

My life has taken me on a journey of self discovery for life, love, and truth.  I was born to parents who were both holocaust survivors.  My childhood years were filled with uncertainty and fear, which led to many unhappy and disappointing results. I knew in my heart and soul that there must be a better way.  After years of study and applying the principles of the laws of the universe the answers were revealing themselves to me.  

I have taken extensive training and workshops with many masters, such as Carolyn Myss, Cheryl Richardson, Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Christian Northrop, Louise Hay, and most recently been working with Bob Proctor from the movie and book “The Secret”.  I became a certified LifeSuccess Consultant under his mentorship.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in naturopathy in 2000 from Clayton College and have completed my Doctorates degree in 2009. 

A certified reflexologist from The Open Center in Manhattan and continue training and learning new procedures in this practice. 

A certified biodynamic gardener and have since sold my horticultural business which I operated for 23 years.

I have also studied the Silva Method, The Sedona Method, Pycho-Cypernitics, NLP, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and many other techniques to enhance and chance the patterns of the mind to erase the negative influences that we have been programmed to believe.
