Anxiety and stress, we all experience it from time to time. It aids us in certain situations. However, when it becomes chronic, it then becomes a hinderance and effects our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
There are 3 types of stresses that affect us.

All health and wellbeing comes from living a wholesome and balanced life. How we create this balance in a world that seems to be spinning faster and faster out of control is a personal journey we all need to undertake.New and emerging technologies are seemingly creating amazing advances in so many areas of our lives; however, I’m not sure if they are advancing or hindering our progress. People are becoming more exhausted and overwhelmed by trying to keep up with the speed of these changes.
Corporations are still downsizing, while fast food restaurants are still supersizing, that it seems like the everything is turning upside down.
So many people are fearful, confused, and sick, and need to find balance and wholeness in their lives.
Our bodies, as the earth has a way of restoring itself naturally if we do not interfere with the inherent design of its plan. Unfortunately, man and his ego have separated from their spirit and have created this imbalance that needs to be restored to achieve harmony with our world, each other, and ourselves. We must look within rather than outside of ourselves for the answers to all life’s questions. All true power comes from our souls, and this power has been lying dormant within us ready to be awakened whenever we are ready to listen. Our intuition speaks to us in silent whispers, always guiding us in the direction of our spirit. Women, who have been repressed and oppressed and depressed for so many years are beginning to express themselves. Our voices are echoing into the core of humanity that has been patiently waiting for us to be heard. The patriarchal hold that has dominated our culture is collapsing and we are at a crossroads of a new age. The invisible wall of silence has been lifted and women are forming a partnership with men to coalesce and complete the circle, creating a wholesome balance that has been missing from our world. This is how we are going to create balance in our world.
and well being. In Greek mythology, the Goddess of health Hygiea, is the daughter of Asklepois, the father of medicine. The word hygiene comes from Hygiea, the Goddess of health. We must begin to integrate Hygiea back into the healing process. We have forgotten that this has really been the most important reason for the decline of all infectious diseases. It has been the purification of water, the efficient disposal of sewage, and the creation of sanitary living that have been the real medical miracles. With the elimination of many infectious diseases, because of proper hygiene conditions, many new discoveries were beginning to take place. We were turning to technology to help us conquer problems and the shift became more and more reliant on the Asklepian approach, modern medicine. This is where the balance started to become imbalanced. Now those same infectious diseases that we thought were eradicated have come back with a vengeance. We must integrate Hygiea back into the healing process. We must take back our power instead of handing it over to a doctor, expecting him to give us some pills to cure our ills, and then only to receive an exceptionally large bill. The Goddess Hygiea is gentle, soft, inexpensive, compassionate, intuitive and kind. She has awoken from her slumber, and she is ready, willing, and able to teach you her wisdom and knowledge that the world needs to hear to become whole and restore balance. Be silent and listen to hear voice, she speaks in quite whispers.
